My name is Sarah Wirth.

Sarah is an experienced senior advisor with significant strategic and technical expertise in grants best practice, policy and kaupapa Māori strategy. She is passionate about demystifying the funding process and working alongside organisations to help them secure the resources necessary to deliver positive community change.

With nearly a decade of public sector experience across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand, Sarah has worked in state government designed legislated grant programmes and advising local government on best practice management. In Aotearoa, she has focused on supporting regional government to meet Tiriti partnership obligations and has experience administering targeted grant funding for tangata whenua entities.

This background provides Sarah with a unique insight into government funding mechanics and processes. She knows first-hand what assessors look for and why applications succeed because she used to write the rules. Now, she is excited to help your organisation achieve funding success.
